Josef is responsible for leading Kerio’s global technical support. He oversees effective methods for providing the highest quality support and facilitating advanced training for the company’s partner network, as well as managing Kerio’s sales engineers worldwide. Since 2001, Josef Zacharias has served in multiple leadership positions in sales and engineering. He has successfully managed Kerio’s expansion into Western Europe, establishing the local offices in the United Kingdom and later in Germany.
