Kerio Connect Launch.. the results are in!

Kerio MailServer is now Kerio Connect!

Most of you are familiar with Kerio MailServer, which was centered around email and security. With Kerio Connect you now get a package filled with dual antivirus scanning, multi-layer anti spam, complete archiving, scheduled back-up, and full collaboration capabilities.

We've entered a new stage, where Kerio Connect is a perfect fit for organizations with teams in multiple locations worldwide. Kerio's goal is to show growing companies that we are here to support, help, and expand, along with them
and their business.



Open-standards CardDAV pioneered in Connect 7 RC1

CardDAVIn Kerio Connect 7 (previously known as Kerio MailServer) we've added support for the CardDAV protocol. This means you can synchronize to Apple Address book without any plugin, and changes are published almost immediately.

We've also added a configuration tool in our Integration Page (available from the Kerio WebMail login page) to simplify the setup of a CardDAV account in Mac OS X 10.6.



Nexus, Droid, Pre, Pixi join the roster of smartphone options in Kerio Connect 7 RC1

Version 7 of Kerio Connect (previously known as Kerio MailServer) adds support for new smartphones. The new Nexus and Droid phones featuring the Android operating system are extremely powerful new devices, and feature support for the Exchange ActiveSync protocol. This means contacts and calendars can be wirelessly synchronized with Kerio Connect 7.
